WHAT ARE THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
On our site, which aims to ensure that our qualified employees work with extra premiums between users and prospective customers, some of your personal data will be processed in order to achieve this purpose.

As Orkay, we collect your personal data that we request from you, in order to fulfill our legal obligations and in accordance with the Service Agreement between us, by transmitting it to us physically and/or electronically and by entering information, audio and video into our platforms.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
We process your personal data mentioned above for the following purposes for the performance of the Service Agreement regarding the employment service we provide to you:

Matching our candidate customers by using the personal data you share in order to find a job that will provide you with an extra premium and to deliver the right service to our candidate customers.

To facilitate your access to our site and application
Being able to intervene in technical problems experienced on our site and application and understanding the source of the problem,
The data you share on the site or application, subject to the above conditions, cannot be used in any way by the prospective customer.
When data is processed locally, the prospective customer also becomes the data controller. If you have a request regarding your data that has been made accessible to that person through the Company, we will forward your request to the relevant party. In addition, it is the responsibility of the prospective customer, as the data controller, to fulfill the request for the data that the prospective customer obtains about you through the site or application.
Similarly, if you would like the normal and/or special personal data we transfer to the candidate customer to be deleted, destroyed and/or anonymized, you can submit this request to our Company. While we are evaluating your request, if our service or work contract with the candidate customer in question is ongoing, we will forward this request to the candidate customer. Orkay has no responsibility or liability in these matters.

If you apply to Orkay, we process your data for the following purposes in order to evaluate your job application, as it is necessary for the establishment of an employment contract within the framework of the legal relationship to be established between you and Orkay.
Employing new personnel, examining candidates and identifying new candidates to be employed
Sharing the notes taken on your CV with the manager so that the manager can understand and get to know the candidate better.
Confirming the data with the reference people you include in your CV
Verifying how well you match the position and recording your CV information for future confirmation
Finally, when we are asked to share your personal data through legal requests such as lawful and procedural prosecutorial requests and court decisions, and in accordance with the current legal regulations to which we are subject, we are obliged to share your personal data. In addition, if your personal data is the subject of a dispute in which we are a party, we may need to share your personal data with channels and individuals such as lawyers, experts, courts, etc. in order to exercise our right to defense. We may process your personal data in order to fulfill our legal obligations and exercise our right to defense.
In order for us to process the personal data (name, surname, telephone, e-mail, etc.) of the reference person(s) you specified in your CV, in order to inform the person in question and obtain their explicit consent(s). We may send an informational e-mail to the reference person you specified in your CV. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you can personally contact us regarding your personal data, provided that you prove your identity;

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
You have the right to learn whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom it is transferred.
Additionally, you have the right to request from Orkay the correction of your inaccurate and incomplete personal data and the notification of recipients to whom your data has been or may have been transferred.
You can request from Orkay that your personal data be destroyed (deleted, destroyed or anonymized) within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK. At the same time, you can request that the third parties to whom we transfer your data be informed about your destruction request. We will evaluate which method is appropriate for your destruction request according to the circumstances of the concrete case.
If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request compensation for the damage.
We will finalize your requests in your application free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, the fee specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller may be requested by the Personal Data Protection Board.
For matters related to the processing of your personal data, you can submit your application by filling out the application form attached to this Information Text, in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature.
You must deliver it to Orkay by using your mobile signature or your e-mail address that you have previously provided to us and is in our records. Depending on the nature of your request and your application method, Orkay may request additional verifications (such as sending a message to your registered phone or calling you) in order to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus to protect your rights.
